A Day In D.C.

Rep. Chris Smith staffer Scott Maraldo discussed the views of Rep. Smith, who could not make today's meeting, with Herndon High Political Science students.  Students greatly appreciated Mr. Maraldo taking the time to meet with us. Earlier students observed Sen. John McCain and Sen. Rand Paul debate provisions of a defense bill from the Senate Gallery.  After the meeting with Mr. Maraldo we visited the Martin Luther King Memorial (below). These events took place on November 29th, 2011.
